Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, a refund will be posted to your credit card.

Shipping

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

Many of our shipments will be processed by Amazon Fulfillment. Your shipment may be packed in an Amazon carton.

Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the Product(s), the size of the package, and your location. On the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders 
If we are able to only fulfill only part of your order, we will charge your credit card only for that portion of your order we are able to ship immediately. As soon as we receive additional inventory, we will charge your credit card for the balance of your shipment and notify you that the rest of your order is on its way. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for a second shipment.

Returns & Refunds

How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within thirty (30) days of your purchase.

1. Please e-mail refundreturn@vectorwerks.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package the original receipt and a signed letter stating the reason for the return.

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been deformed or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover our miscellaneous packing costs and the charges subtracted by the credit card processing company before it pays us. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charges that you paid on the order.
